My name is Margi, and I am a loving mom from the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. My charcuterie journey started many years ago, when I lived in Italy. Throughout that time, I absorbed many dishes and concepts, including antipasti salads. Since then, I have been making them for my children since they were much younger than they are now. After the boom in popularity of charcuterie a few years ago, I began to expand my range to encompass all of the wide aspects that make charcuterie what it is. Skipping forward to present day, I want to share everything I can about this hobby and style of culinary delight that I can.
